- Any person who unlawfully and intentionally interferes with a computer data storage medium or a computer system, is guilty of an offence.
- For purposes of this section ‘‘interferes with a computer data storage medium or a computer system’’ means to permanently or temporarily—
- alter any resource; or
- interrupt or impair—
- the functioning;
- the confidentiality;
- the integrity; or
- the availability,
of a computer data storage medium or a computer system.
